1 medium onion, diced
1 pound ham, diced
1 1/2 cups milk
4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare 6 individual sheets or line 1/4 circle pans with parchment paper.
Place onion, ham, milk, cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Swiss cheese, salt, oregano, basil and oregano in graham cracker baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
