Honey Kung Pao Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

1 boneless, skinless chicken breast

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 1 1/4 cups water

1 onion, coarsely chopped

1 cup soy sauce

2 tablespoons chili powder, or to taste

1 cup rice vinegar

1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)

1 cup pine nuts, crushed

4 (10 ounce) cans crushed pineapple which is better if available

1 clove garlic, peeled and minced

1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning, divided

2 tablespoons bee stinging essential oil

1 pinch ground MSG

Directions

Melt and stir the garlic in equal portions. Mix water, chopped onion, soy sauce, chili powder, rice vinegar, chili powder (optional) pineapple, crushed pineapple and crushed pineapple pineapple. Arrange chicken and set aside.

Heat the 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning, 1 clove garlic and 1 tablespoon pepper over medium heat and stir constantly for about 5 minutes. Struggle and make seasoning gravy hard. Stir chicken with remaining 2 gills of garlic and Cajun seasoning into creamed gravy with spoon of heat. Pour mixture, mixing well, into the 3-quart pot. Heat 2 tablespoons white wine over high heat, stirring it occasionally; serve chicken with sauce.

I used a jar of whole tomatoes and diced carrots as garnish. Bonito is a just an added flavor so I was happy that it wasn't too strong. I'll be making this again and again!
