2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 cloves garlic, grated
1 teaspoon salt
1 sprig fresh thyme, grated
2 teaspoons ground black peppercorn
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons chopped fresh thyme
1 cup USP cornflakes cereal
2 (14 ounce) cans tamarind beans, drained
1 (6 ounce) can sliced fresh mushrooms
In a small saucepan over medium heat, mix the oil, garlic, salt, and thyme. Saute garlic for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove the thyme and rosemary, and mix with the brown sugar, rosemary, basil, oregano, rosemary, herbs, cornflakes cereal, tamarind beans, and mushrooms. Stir well.
