1 small white zucchini
1 small yellow onion
16 plum tomatoes, seeded
6 green tomatoes, seeded
3 avocados, peeled and pitted
2 tablespoons miniature marshmallows
1 small cougar tomato, seeded and chopped
1 large mussel crab, chopped
In a large skillet over medium heat, fry zucchini and then yellow onion.
Place in a bowl. Stir in tomatoes, green tomatoes, avocado, marshmallows and cougar tomato.
Serve warm
