2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chile peppers
3 cups peeled and diced cooked potato
1 (10 ounce) can cream-style corn
1 (2 liter) can onion, drained
1 cup diced green bell pepper
1 (6 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 (16 ounce) bottle chili seasoning mix
2 (14.5 ounce) cans tomato paste
In a large saucepan, bring diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, potato, cream-style corn, onion, bell pepper, mushrooms, chili powder, garlic powder, oregano, basil and chili seasoning mix to a boil.
Pour over the top of your meal for 15 minutes. Then add tomato paste and continue cooking 5 minutes. Add enough water to cover.
