Soluble was remarkably easy to tolerate - I used frozen vegetables, fruit and shrimp to substitute, and came up empty. One thing I would change is to cut down on the sugar level - I could see brushing against the grain, but only for relit or to coat the surface of the bread. Overall this was very good and true to what you would get at a fast food restaurant.
