1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Place flour into a small bowl and mix with salt and 1 tablespoon flour. Brush small drops of the flour onto skinless, boneless chicken breasts, placing on the bottom of the baking dish.
Arrange chicken breasts on baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 20 minutes.
Remove chicken from oven; place skin halves on baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 10 minutes.
