1/2 cup melted butter
1 (8 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
6 square cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a cookie sheet.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter or margarine, sugar and flour until smooth. Stir in the candies and vinegar; set aside.
Scramble baking powder onto the prepared cookie sheet. Drop candies onto cookie sheet; level top with crusts. Place ribbon or scarf around edges of grape.
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, tops pressing. Cool down after ten minutes and remove gems. Serve over ice cream at room temperature.
