8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried minced onion
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup milk
1 cup chicken broth
3 tablespoons olive oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line a 3 to 4 quart baking dish with aluminum foil. Mix together the paprika, onion, cayenne pepper, seasoning salt, basil, oregano, garlic and milk. Pour chicken mixture into pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 50 minutes.
To assemble, arrange chicken breasts on foil and sprinkle with seasoning salt, basil, oregano, garlic, chicken broth and olive oil.
Remove foil and bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 45 minutes more. Be extra careful when opening foil and remove from baking dish!
