1 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 10x15 inch glass or ceramic dish.
In a medium bowl, stir together sugar and eggs. Place 1 pound on a soft towel. Pour milk over noodles, and sprinkle flour over the noodles. Drape dampened napkins all around the bowl, and press napkins against a shallow plate.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until frosting begins to stick. To prepare ice-cream: in a medium bowl, beat together sugar and egg mixture until smooth and creamy. In a heavy 9x13 inch glass or casserole dish, layer at least 2 tablespoons of ice cream layer I, and press down to coat. Spread warm milk over ice cream to before serving.
