Chocolate Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

4 ounces chocolate cake mix

4 eggs

1 quart milk

1 cup butter, melted

1 cup white sugar

1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup evaporated milk

1/2 cup evaporated milk

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/2 cup butter or margarine

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 8x8 inch muffin cups or other size muffin liners.

In a large bowl, mix together cake mix and eggs. Stir in milk, melted butter, sugar, flour, baking powder, cream of tartar and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Stir in evaporated milk, evaporated milk and vanilla extract. Pour batter into prepared muffin cups.

Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center of each cup comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack for 10 minutes, then drain on paper towels.
