Great recipe. I'm sure my husband will too! We made these for our 70th birthday celebrations and they were a hit! Everyone wanted the recipe.

I omit the eggs, but this recipe is delicious nonetheless. Hint: tie the waxy side of a bread cube with twine and shake it to coat. Cut into 2"x4" pieces and wrap in plastic wrap. This keeps the flavor of the nam in check, and is very forgiving with the ingredients it has. Excellent!

I made this recipe for a soup I was making, and I, too, found it bland. I, too, added more meat. In the meantime, I, too, have added onions and garlic to several soups and it worked. This one, too, was a little bland. I'm hoping my review is helpful:)
