1 (10 inch) flour tortilla
1 cup sliced breads
1 slice onion, sliced
1 teaspoon fried chicken seasoning
1/2 teaspoon coriander seeds
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
Remove skin strips from pork chops. Place slices onto the tortilla. Drizzle with fried chicken seasoning and turn to coat.
Sprinkle sliced onion, garlic, and scallions over the chops. Top with green pepper and coriander seeds. Serve
