2 (14 ounce) cans hot brewed coffee
3 cups milk
1/2 cup raisins
1 (8 ounce) can white sugar-coated chocolate pieces
In a blender, combine coffee, milk, raisins and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into 9-inch springform pan and chill until set.
This was easy but I'm not raving about the end results. It was a little bland. I would suggest adding some red pepper flakes or some other topping at the end.
