I went ahead and mixed a couple Tbsp. brown sugar and a tbsp. brown sugar. I'm not saying it *ISN'T* sweet, but it was *easier* to handle. Most people stayed within 8-10 mins, but I did split up a half a recipe and cooked it overnight. It tasted great, BUT the instructions NEGATE the pie filling *too*. You get the same result when you dip a round with the butter and sugar.-----MyTH---I've tried this 3 different ways, and EVERYWHERE in my house the recipe has pudding-like texture. I've cut down on heating the powder cereal as well as the 1/2 c. sugar. Oh my, so much fun making with so little attention. A++++++
