2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vegetable vinegar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 packet dry instant dried rice mix
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 cup water
1 cup chicken broth
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When oil is hot, stir in vinegar and soy sauce. Saute mixture for about 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Keep stirring until rice is cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Stir in honey, hot pepper sauce and dry rice mix. Bring to a quick boil, stirring constantly. Stir until rice is just tender. Return to a simmer. Reduce heat to medium, and stir in chicken broth. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour.
