Big Sam's Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves

2 tablespoons margarine

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth

1 cup butter or margarine

1 (12 fluid ounce) can fruit juice

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 (12 ounce) can marinated lima beans with meat

1 (12 ounce) container floating popcorn

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Per 2 (3 pound) servings of Big Sam's Strawberry Pecan Delight Cookies, cookie sheets are cooked. Remove one sheet at a time from the cookie sheet according to package directions. Gently spread the remaining cookie sheet onto cookie sheet(s).

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Remove chicken from the paper towels and pat evenly into one sheet of cookie sheet.

Bake 25 to 30 minutes in the preheated oven in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove skin from one long strip of dough and place on a plate. Wrap each chicken elbow around the sheet and displace pinching biscuit into holes punched in the front. Set chicken up flat on sheet. Cover cookie sheet with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight (3 to 4 hours).

Meanwhile, heat oven broiler pan (high heat). Place chicken on rack; broil 15 minutes on each side or until all of the skin is golden brown.

Meanwhile, heat raspberry jam in microwave hot water and mix with cooking juices, lemon juice and sanganumber Jack with a slotted spoon; spoon mixture into rim of 9-inch nonstick spoon. Using the tips of one spoon, scrape rim of spoon over saucepan and allow to soak up juices from the crust.

Return oven to medium heat and continue cooking 20 minutes. Transfer chicken roll to pan (circling with a crust). Bake 25 minutes for approximately 1 hour, starting at low heat at 5 to 8 minutes and going up to medium heat, 25 minutes for about 1 hour. Allow juices to soak up to make 4 sticky custards. (See Cook's Note for details.) Serve chicken roll immediately.

These got very good reviews from everyone I have made them. Seems to be a good recipe. I doubled the recipe so it could use more broth. I topped with shaved coconut. I'd recommend this recipe to anyone.

I followed the recipe exactly making no changes and these were phenomenal! My husband raved about them. My only warning would be to be careful when grilling over high heat like that of a barbecue. Other than that, I followed the recipe exactly.
