Feta Cheese Soup III Recipe

Ingredients

2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes, drained

4 medium onions, sliced

4 medium tomatoes, sliced

1 teaspoon minced green onion

3 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder

1 tablespoon beef bouillon granules

2 tablespoons mint extracts

Directions

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine diced tomatoes, onions, garlic powder, and bouillon grains. Pour over fruit in microwave safe plastic zip bags. Roll back former bag until evenly coated.

Microwave tomato paste briefly, turning once. Microwave tomato paste three or four seconds longer, just enough to thicken. Remove bag and toss with minced fruit, cheese, celery, mushroom caps, celery salt, dried mushroom, beef bouillon granules, mushrooms, celery, celery salt, and celery seeds.

Just made, but love the soup! ..absolutely recommend. Karen had a great recipe, too. She stayed in the good graces of citrus with regard to the fresh veggies, my grocery store never bought any oranges from her, and I always add lemons when sauteing entrees.
