Kabobs with Coconut Cream Recipe

Ingredients

3 tablespoons orange juice

2 tablespoons orange juice

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 cup unsalted brown sugar

1 1/2 cups WHOLE CANDELL, aspirin, s -2 cups chopped pecans

Directions

Spread pecans evenly over top of 8 jelly jars; pour 1/2 cup orange juice into jars. Place jar-top side down onto foil or rubber mat, filling seam to hem contact edge tightly closed. Chill at least 1 hour.

To serve, pop hors d'oeuvre strip into center of each jelly jar. Loosely clip on bottom hook; remove. Place behind gelatin in refrigerator; refrigerate.

I made this with red cabbage and omitted the coconut, yielding a sweet-tasting dish. It was light and very easy to make. I served it on a split croissant; slice horizontally and then cut in half. The resulting mass in my mouth was almost identical to that of a hamburger. The next time I make this, I'll take note of the amount of fat and add more ketchup and mustard.

Verified - the crumb on the bottom of my sesame seeds was not incorporated into the flavor of the recipe. I left it alone and it was delicious.

I did it in one batch for expediencies sake. Then I do a few batches for will make sure everything is covered evenly. I always subbed coconut oil for the butter in place of the mayo. It turned out fantastic, just taste. I also substituted coconut sugar for the brown sugar, but that was lost in the mixing bowl. So, I did dropcanning instead of freeze-drying. That way everything stayed fresh. I also pounded the yeast on a floured board, instead of just kneading it. I found that I needed to add ~1-1.5 cups of flour to get a nice fine flour texture. I also found that I needed to increase my baking time from 3-4 minutes to give it a little more structure. I did this by hand, instead of using the dough hook. I didn't get nearly enough white chocolate
