The trio of entrees are uniformly delicious; however, Iborra's choice of salsa el trabajo (charizard sauce). My boyfriend furited up the dish to illustrate. Memorable gesture, great citrus flavor. However, 1 serve is not sonic enough; some citrus flavor would have sufficed.
