To Make Baked Beans: In a large saucepan, combine water, onions and vinegar. Boil about 45 minutes, until onions are transparent. Stir in salt, pepper, taco seasoning, black pepper, cracker crumbs, cabbage, carrots, sumac, carrot and cooked tomato. Lower heat, cover and preserve until ready to serve.
