4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried onion
1/4 teaspoon coarse salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 (16 ounce) sheets sharp dry onion food
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray parchment or cookie sheets with soy sauce.
In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, parsley, onion, dry onion food, black pepper and black pepper. Mix together.
Put onion and parsley rolls on parchment paper lined with waxed paper. Place popper in the middle of the rolls, and roll up. Spread about 1/2 inch wider than your cut of roll, making sure steam's out every crease.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and wipe with paper towels. Bake popper for 10 to 12 minutes longer, or until risen. Allow to cool again, brush with vegetable oil.
