1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, chilled
2 (3 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup red wine
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup sliced Swiss cheese
1 (3 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Place cream cheese, mushrooms, milk and red wine all over the bottom of a medium baking dish. Layer with a tablespoon of shredded Swiss cheese and top with whipped topping.
Bake in preheated oven for 25 minutes or until pie is bubbly and the top is lightly browned. Cool in refrigerator. Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator.
I'm excited to try this =) I will be letting you know how it goes.. although I read that it would take 5 days to make, but this recipe says 4 hours? I'm not complaining .. just curious
