Shrimp Egg Rolls II Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons vinegar

1 onion, chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

4 red bell peppers, seeded and chopped

1 fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and diced

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried basil

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried dill weed

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon

1 (10 ounce) can whole tomatoes, drained and chopped

1 1/2 tablespoons chopped chives

1 (8 ounce) can cream-style corn

1 (8 ounce) package pre-cooked egg noodles

3 eggs

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon dried dill weed

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add vinegar, onions, garlic, bell peppers, jalapeno pepper, salt, paprika, garlic powder, basil, oregano, rosemary, dill weed, mozzarella cheese and tomatoes. Mix well.

Remove peppers from the medium heat and saute for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain and reserve.

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in vinegar, onion, garlic, bell peppers, jalapenos, salt, paprika, garlic powder, basil, oregano, rosemary, dill weed, mozzarella cheese, shrimp, chicken or pork steaks.

Pour sauce over pasta and top with bell peppers, chicken or pork steaks and shrimp.

Bake uncovered for 60 minutes, or until lightly browned.
