1 (10 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
2 1/2 cups milk
2 egg yolks
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes cereal
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 cup hot water
In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Mix in pudding mix, milk, egg yolks, baking powder, 1 1/4 cup crushed cornflakes cereal, 1/4 cup sugar and hot water. Pour mixture into six 8-inch square or round pie pan.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool gently in pan. Serve at room temperature.
