1 (15 ounce) can sliced peaches
1 (10 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
1/2 can sliced peaches
2 large lemons
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon sherbet
In a blender or food processor, puree peaches and orange juice. Pour orange juice concentrate over peach peaches. Mix lemon sherbet with lemon juice in a small bowl. Sprinkle with orange zest.
