2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon orange juice
2 teaspoons orange zest
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon grenadine syrup
1 pint lemon sherbet
In a cocktail mixer, combine lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice and orange zest. Shake vigorously, strain into 2 cups and store in an ice cube tray.
In a large glass or metal pitcher or pitcher, beat lemon sherbet until stiff.
Store in glass or metal container and serve chilled.
