2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1/3 cup oats
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup frozen chopped carrots
1/4 cup dry simmered chocolate chips
1/3 cup oatmeal
In a medium bowl, combine cream and cinnamon. Beat until smooth. Mix in nutmeg and nutmeg. Spread to cover bottom of a jelly roll pan. Sprinkle top with oats and milk.
Roll berries into sticky ball, and press into pan. Chill at least 1 hour in refrigerator before serving.
