8 medium potatoes - peeled and cubed
2 tablespoons margarine
2 teaspoons minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
1 pinch dried thyme
1/4 pinch ground cinnamon
3/4 cup milk
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Mix margarine, garlic, salt and pepper with potato skin. Toss together, with liquid and potatoes.
Pour mashed potato mixture into a 1 quart serving dish. Add milk: potatoes may leak.
Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
