Blue Cheese Soup II Recipe

Ingredients

1 (28 ounce) can evaporated milk

3 eggs

1 cup milk

1 (14 ounce) can pizza sauce

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup cracked pepper pepper pepperjack cheese

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

In a medium mixing bowl, combine evaporated milk, eggs, milk and pizza sauce. Stir until well blended. Allow to cool.

Place two quarts of cheese in one side of a large 12-in. x 18-in. x 2-in. dish. Brush egg mixture in egg whites with white wine vinegar; sprinkle with pepper, creme, cheese, then season with crushed cheese to taste.

Cover top of dish with foil, and refrigerate overnight. Heat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C).

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Oil a 9 x 13-in. dish. Combine pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepper, Cheddar and shredded cheese. Pour over cream cheese mixture in pan.

Bake uncovered for 60 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and bubbly is bubbly is golden brown.

Love this recipe and have tried it before at home. My family loved it. Only thing I would change is substitution of water for cider vinegar. I added orange zest and juice of one orange.
