Spinach Pork Chop Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 pound pork chop

1 1/2 cups vegetable oil

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons butter

1 (16 ounce) can sliced fresh spinach, drained and rinsed

1 large tomato, diced

1 green bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

2 (3 ounce) packages (4 ounce) packages cream cheese, diced

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, diced

1/3 cup packed brown sugar

1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a medium bowl, mix oil, flour, butter and garlic powder. Stir well and fill pie shell with spinach.

Fill pie shell with tomato, green pepper and onion. Top with mushrooms, tomatoes, peas, cream cheese, cream cheese, brown sugar, parsley, eggs and nutmeg.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
