4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 1/2 cups water
1 (12 fluid ounce) can or bottle chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/6 teaspoon dried sage
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon zest
8 oz flaked whole tortilla chips
Mix together water, broth, garlic powder, basil, oregano, sage, salt, egg and sugar. Add chicken, salt, vinegar, lemon juice, cider vinegar, lemon zest and tortilla chips. Serve hot or cold.
