12 shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup sharp processed cheese food such as Swiss cheese, sliced
1/2 (6 ounce) can mushroom soup
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1 cup vegetable oil
4 tablespoons Worcestershop sauce
2 teaspoons dried parsley
In a large saucepan over medium heat, mix tomatoes, onion and bell pepper; immediately remove from heat. Stir in cheese, mushroom soup, flour, garlic powder and oregano. Bring to a boil and stir in oil.
Bring to a boil. Add steak and vegetables and stir and cook 15 minutes. Place steak on a plate and top with cheese mixture. Serve with dipping sauce.
