8 ounces chicken breast meat
4 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
6 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (10 ounce) package frozen sliced spinach
1 (4 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place chicken and cheese into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over chicken mixture and spread evenly.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes. Remove chicken and cheese from oven, and place in dish with cheese mixture. Top with spinach, tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 minutes, or until heated through.
