Cheesewich: Marinated Chicken Breasts Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 (4 ounce) can tomato paste

1 (10 ounce) can chicken broth

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (4 ounce) can cream cheese, diced

12 whole cloves garlic cloves, minced

Directions

In a large bowl, mix butter, garlic, tomato paste and chicken broth. Mix well. Place the chicken into the mixture, stirring to cook.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Place the cream cheese mixture over the chicken and cook, stirring constantly, until just beginning to cook, about 3 minutes. Remove from skillet.

Then place cream cheese mixture into the skillet. Stirring well, cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.

Transfer chicken into 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle cream cheese mixture with minced garlic. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.

Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

I changed the proportions on the nuts to cheerios, but it still turned out pretty darn good. Maybe i will make it again. Keep a eye on it.
