Finished Vegan Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup soy sauce

salt and pepper to taste

1 dash garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon ground oregano

1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

1 teaspoon curry powder

2 onion chops

Directions

Slice chops into 1/4 inch slices using a paring knife. Spread soy sauce and salt and pepper flakes evenly over the chops, making sure to coat well. Spread the garlic powder evenly over the soy sauce, and sprinkle with paprika and onion flakes.

Roast chops about 2 hours in direct position on the grill (to keep them from browning too much), but you can air-dry them on low heat for the extra flavor). Take a chop at a time and allow all chops to be removed from pans.
