1/2 cup fresh mushrooms, diced
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger root
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup tomato juice
1/3 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons white sugar
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon distilled white vinegar
1 dash hot pepper sauce
1 dash garlic pepper sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried sage
1/2 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
Use a serrated knife or spoon to slice mushrooms and green onions. Heat the tomato juice in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add the water and stir well to dissolve; add the ginger, salt, tomato juice, soy sauce, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, hot pepper sauce, garlic pepper sauce, vegetable oil, cornstarch, sesame seeds, rosemary, sage and soy sauce. Bring all together.
