Crab Pot Stuffed Spam with Pineapple Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened

2 tablespoons rum

1 cup chopped fresh parsley

8 slices bacon, diced

4 onions, diced

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon black pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/2 pound ham, shredded

1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms

2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley

1 bay leaf

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Heat butter and rum in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Stir in the parsley, bacon, onions, garlic, pepper, salt, black pepper, olive oil and ham. Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until tender.

Stir in the mushrooms, parsley, bacon, mushrooms, parsley, bay leaf and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes and stir in the cider vinegar. Season with paprika, salt, pepper and additional pepper for garnish.
