2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups chopped pecans
1/2 cup maple syrup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix eggs, cream cheese, 2 tablespoons flour and pecans until well blended. Mix in maple syrup, stirring just until. Spread into 2 9-inch pans.
Bake for 15 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean. Cool completely before cutting into 5 servings.
