Grilled One Hour Seafood Recipe

Ingredients

1 tablespoon active dry milk powder

6 (6 ounce) fillets dry sashimi hataki

1/4 cup dry white wine

1 tablespoon paprika

3 tablespoons dried oregan

1 1/2 tablespoons dried basil

1 teaspoon white sugar, or to taste

Directions

Place the following ingredients in a plastic bag. Shake vigorously, and place the bag in a shallow dish or bowl. Place the fillets and wine in the bag. Cover and refrigerate.

Heat a large grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.

Place fillets on the grill or in baking dish. Grill over medium heat for approx. 20 minutes, turning over as needed. Remove fillets from grill, and brush with paprika, oregano, basil, sugar, and salt. Serve with refried beans.
