2 cups white sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 egg
1/4 cup lemon zest
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Place sugar, lemon juice and egg in small bowl; refrigerate until set.
Heat olive oil in small skillet over medium heat. Stir in lemon zest. Continue stirring until sugar mixture is thickened. Pour into individual serving dishes.
