4 ounces medium lemon pepper pitted and sliced
2 medium yellow onions, sliced
1 medium orange, sliced
1/2 cup sharp cooking salt
1 large green bell pepper, sliced
2 teaspoons celery salt
1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/2 cup sliced almonds
In a medium bowl stir together lemon pepper, onion, orange, bell pepper, celery salt and black olives. Reserve 1 teaspoon lemon pepper for garnish
In a large bowl, combine pineapple, almonds and lemon pepper. Mix thoroughly to serve. Mix with sandwich mixture before serving.
