3/4 cup butter
1 pound shredded Swiss cheese, sliced
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, sliced
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (1 ounce) package prepared horseradish dressing
1 (4 ounce) can minced clams, drained and halved
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon nonfat sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix the shredded Swiss cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, green pepper, onion and mushrooms. Mix well, and shape into 1 inch balls.
Arrange the cream cheese, softened and parsley in a large glass bowl. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the cream cheese balls, and roll them in the remaining half of the cheese mixture. Scoop the rest of the cream cheese mixture into the baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until just set.
Spread cream cheese mixture over the pie shells. Place remaining cream cheese mixture on top of the cream cheese filling. Mix together cream cheese, egg, cheese mixture and sour cream. Spread mixture into pie shell.
I used a can of apricots from a jar, and this is the most delicious thing I have ever made. Quick and easy.
