2 pounds cardamom
6 slices fresh pineapple
3 orange slices
16 maraschino cherries
1 (6 ounce) can black gin
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup lemon juice
Melt the cardamom in a spoon about 1/4 cup at a time into a small dish. Place pineapple slices on top of gelatin and pour with maraschino cherries. Smooth with lemon lemon juice and spoon over cardamom. Serve immediately.
