1 1/2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon margarine
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups raisins
1 cup chopped peaches
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 inch square pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the sugar, margarine, white sugar and baking powder until smooth. Beat in margarine mixture, then stir in lemon juice and eggs. Mix thoroughly. Mix together the dry ingredients.
Transfer peach mixture into prepared pan. Pour peaches over peach mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until peaches are tender.
way to much ingrediants!!!!1)because my batter is small (next time I will try adding some starter and see what it comes out weighing it more.))but also because my batter is quite thick(maybe next time I will add some water.))still good recipe though!
