1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package apple pie filling
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 (16 ounce) can evaporated milk
3 apples - peeled, cored and sliced
3 cups white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9 inch pie pan.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, apple pie filling, cinnamon, evaporated milk, 3 apples and sugar. Beat all of this through the whole egg. Mix in brown sugar, nutmeg and vanilla then add the whipped cream. Pour into the prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
