Pecan Pie IV Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust

1 cup boiling water

1/4 cup butter

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup whipped cream

1 cup chopped pecans

3 tablespoons milk

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 9 inch squares pan.

In a large saucepan, combine boiling water, butter and vanilla. Bring to a boil. Mix in whipped cream and sprinkle pecans over sides of pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour, or until browned and golden. Chill in refrigerator. Cut into 1 inch squares.
