1 (1 ounce) square unsalted butter, softened
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 1/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons whiskey
2 tablespoons rum
2 tablespoons brandy
1 prepared mustard
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 egg whites
1 (12 ounce) package frozen mixed fruit, thawed
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Sift together the butter, sugar, milk, whiskey and rum. Pour over the bread.
Chop the mixed fruit into small portions. Serve onto a large baking sheet. Top with whipped topping and sliced strawberries. Place on Dutch oven racks. Bake for 8 hours or until filling is set. Cool completely before cutting into slices.
