Spicy Cornbread Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup packed brown sugar

1 (18.25 ounce) can hot pepper sauce

1/2 cup white sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

6 eggs

2 cups crushed cornflakes cereal

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup all-purpose flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish.

In a medium bowl, mix brown sugar, hot pepper sauce, white sugar, salt, black pepper, eggs and crushed cornflakes cereal. Stirring just until, pour mixture into prepared dish. Sprinkle with vanilla extract and mix until well coated.

Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Turn and bake an additional 15 minutes, until cornbread is golden brown. Cool completely before serving.
