1 pint ground beef
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup lentils
1 cup dried legumes
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup dry barley
2 fl oz red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
salt and pepper to taste
Place ground beef in a large baking pan; cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain off grease, and add dry white wine, lentils, garlic powder, barley, water, and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
